5 minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Well, here it is, the quick and easy chocolate dessert.

4 Tb spoons flour

4 Tbspoons sugar

2 Tbspoons cocoa

1 egg

3 Tbspoons milk

3 Tbspoons oil

3 Tbspoons choclate clips (optional)

a small dash of vanilla extract

1 large coffee mug (MicroSafe)

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well

(I followed this, but suggest doing it all in a bowl to get it well mixed then pour it into a mug that you've sprayed with cooking spray for easier removal from mug)

Add the egg and mix thoroughly

Pour in milk and oil and mix well

Add chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract and mix again

(I didn't have vanilla, so I used almond extract & it was just as good)

Pour into mug and put mug in the microwave and cook 3 minutes at 1000 watts

The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little and tip out onto plate if desired.

EAT! This can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?

Because now we are all only 5 minutes from a chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!
