It's official and the countdown begins!!!!!
In about 69 days, Eric will exchange his deployment uniform for a wardrobe of college clothes. He'll be home for Christmas!!!
He still has 3 years in the Army National Guard, but at least deployment will be behind him.

I finally found your blog. Just stopped by to say hello. I live your blog. Good luck to your son. My husband servered during the first war over there. Plus My uncle who is in the Army, was one of the men who served with the main man in charge.
Let me know if your son's unit needs care packages. I have friends here that put together boxes for the soldiers from home.
